Almira oversees the firm’s newest product, Advance, managing end-to-end execution and continuous improvement to ensure accuracy, clarity, and usability for internal and external stakeholders. She also leads operational initiatives, streamlining workflows and supporting the firm’s day-to-day execution.

Before joining Horizon Engage, Almira worked at Enquire AI, where she held roles spanning project management, research, operations, marketing, and investor relations. She brings particular expertise from the expert networks space, with experience identifying and sourcing experts and managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.

Almira holds a BA in Economics and Spanish from Bates College.
